For windows there is a better software. Its a plugin for MS word http://myquran.org/msword/. Granted it works only in MS Word, but its far superior than my tip here.

i will give you simple solution, go to http://www.picpick.org and download the software and install. It is free software.
With this you can capture anything from screen and paste where ever u like.
So, you can paste anything from any book to your article.
