Imam Nawawi’s 40 Hadith
Alhamdulillah I have been blessed to attend quite a few halaqa, study circles, classes on the famous 40 Hadith by Imam Yahya bin Sharaf An-Nawawi. During these sessions, while taking notes, I lacked one basic ability. This is the ability to copy paste the exact hadith text in Arabic into my notes. While at the same time trying one or more of the following
- Copy paste the English text
- Navigate to a specific hadith
- Getting the source of the hadith in bukhari or muslim
- Searching for a word or text in Arabic or English
There are a lot of resources available out there on the internet. But I couldn’t find one where I could do all the above. So today I’m launching
Take a look and let me know your thougts. It’s definitely a work in progress. There are many features I’d like to add in the future. Some of them being:
- Better indexing of all the hadith
- More interactive UI
- Indexing by hadith topic
- Notes from RSI class on each hadith
- Search capability
- Ability for the user to customize the look and feel

Mal allha rewrd you abundently in this dunya and Akhirah. i work with an organisation in south Africa and we are going to host a competition of The 40 ahadeeth. for a non arabic community in is very difficult to read and memorise without the harakaat.(fathah, kasra and dammah) or I’raab , so if u can please include it in ur compilation it will make a big difference. i understand it is a difficult task but inshallah great reward.
